DESCRIPTION
Plug-and-play factory ECU Flex Fuel system for the Can‑Am Maverick X3 Turbo RR.
- 50+ wheel HP over stock on E85 (with OEM turbo) when tuned appropriately.
- Supports fuels from non-oxygenated 91 octane up to E98.
- GM flex-fuel sensor + EVP control module reads ethanol content and adjusts ECU tuning in real time for correct air/fuel, boost, and ignition.
- Safety features: if the EVP ethanol module is lost, ignition and boost revert to the lowest stage (Stage 3-91) while the ECU retains the last known ethanol reading; additional protections handle erroneous or rapid ethanol changes and re-enable power once cleared.
- OEM MPH gauge shows ethanol % while the headlight rocker is pressed. Check Engine Light alerts if a system fault occurs.
- No ongoing wastegate adjustments after initial setup. Kit contains all parts needed to convert an already unlocked & EVP E85 tuned Maverick X3 to Flex Fuel.
- Real-time compensation lets you mix fuels (e.g., topping off E85 with 91 octane) without manual tuning changes.

DYNO NOTE: Due to the MG1 ECU torque strategy, the boost figures listed represent maximum boost on a hot engine. When intake temps are cooler, the boost will be lower. However, it will make the same power as when the boost is higher. The ECU always tries to make the same power given environmental conditions and it does this by allowing the boost to increase as the intake temperature climbs.
