DESCRIPTION

First-of-its-kind, plug-and-play factory ECU Flex Fuel implementation for the Can-Am Maverick R.

• Enables ECU to read ethanol content and adjust tuning in real time (uses GM flex fuel sensor + EVP control module).
• Allows tuning across fuels from non-oxygenated 91 octane up to E98.
• Increases safe, usable power on ethanol fuels (offers large WHP gains over stock on E85).
• Removes the need to source consistent E85; tune automatically compensates for varying ethanol blends.
• Safety strategies: reduced ignition/boost fallback if EVP module connection is lost; protection against erroneous ethanol readings; OEM "Turbo Boost %" gauge repurposed to display ethanol %. Gauge flashes 0/100% on faults.
• Works with EVP Auxiliary Fuel Tanks. Kit includes all components to convert an already unlocked & EVP E85 tuned Maverick R to Flex Fuel.

DYNO CHARTS

Dyno data (wheel HP, crank HP, boost, recommended exhaust) are available by model (2-door, 4-door) and turbo choice (Stock, P47) across ethanol ratings. All dyno runs were performed at EVP's Wisconsin R&D center; results may vary with altitude and atmospheric conditions.
