What is an air/oil separator catch can and why do you need one?

• RZR crankcase vent is recirculated into the intake and carries oil, moisture, and combustion byproducts that coat turbo blades, charge tubes, intercooler, and intake valves. This can alter air/fuel mixture and reduce effective octane.
• The EVP Catch Can was redesigned for RZR models to address these issues.

Key features:

• CNC-machined billet aluminum separator that mounts to the frame rail above the clutch housing.
• Includes EV Billet Manifold that mounts to the engine and uses an internal baffle to regulate flow.
• Internal baffle with perforated stainless steel cylinder and additional steel screening to condense and separate oil vapor.
• Includes filter element and pre-filter.
• Petcock-style bottom drain for clean emptying.
• Silicone cap to block the intake boot breather port.
• Stainless hardware, powder-coated black body, and a removable billet cap that can be clocked for orientation.
