EVP DISCLAIMER: Specs above apply to NON-FPCM systems. Polaris FPCM varies pump voltage to meet ECU-specified pressure, so pump performance differs from a direct 12V system. Return-style systems show higher horsepower flow. Internal pressure relief valve is set to 100PSI.

Many Polaris RZR platforms suffer fuel starvation and misfires because the factory tank uses a single strainer pickup and lacks a surge tank. When under roughly four gallons, fuel can move away from the pickup during acceleration, braking, bumps, or sustained turns. Polaris added a surge tank in 2021, but its pump is undersized for boosted power levels.

EVP surge tank kits provide a dedicated reserve and an integrated, E85-safe 340LPH pump. Internal updates include EVP Venturi jets and upgraded hoses. Most installs do not require tuning changes; minor tuning may be needed on some models.

(NEW) STAGE 2 Rising Rate High-Pressure Kit

• Direct-replacement style; factory float module is reused.
• Includes an integrated 4 BAR fuel regulator to raise pressure on demand to the 340LPH pump.
• Features a billet fuel hat that replaces the OEM plastic hat for a near drop-in install versus Stage 1.
• EVP NOTE: Stage 2 is compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2019-2021 XP Turbo/S models WITH FPCM only.
• Requires EVP or aftermarket silicone charge tube to route the vacuum line for the rising-rate system.

STAGE 1 High-Pressure Kit

• Shares Stage 2 internals but omits the 4 BAR regulator and billet fuel hat. Factory hat and float are reused.
• EVP NOTE: Stage 1 is compatible with all RZR Pro XP & Turbo R models, and 2016-2021 XP Turbo/S models with or without FPCM.
